Pinned at the Call Wall

Sent to members at 8:30 AM ET on Jun 30, 2026. Posted here the next trading day.

Key numbers

7,447.56
Premarket

SPX closed 7,440 yesterday — up 1.18% on the session. Premarket is 7,448, 2 points below the call wall at 7,450.

Monday's rally was broad. Dow closed at a record 52,182. Nasdaq surged 2.07%. The catalyst was the U.S.-Iran agreement to halt hostilities and reopen the Strait of Hormuz. VIX is 17.53 — barely moving. The 10-year is at 4.376%. JOLTS drops at 10:00 a.m. — last month's April print spiked to 7.618 million, well above the 6.88 million expected. Nike and Constellation Brands report after the close.

Premarket is 43 points above the gamma flip at 7,405. Positive gamma. The call wall at 7,450 is 2 points above — that's the ceiling until it breaks. The put wall at 7,400 is 48 points below, stacked right on top of the flip. The 21-week EMA at 7,181 is 267 points below — irrelevant until Friday.

If 7,450 clears and holds, the next leg higher opens up. If it doesn't, we chop between 7,440 and 7,450 until JOLTS decides.
